Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using ARGoals ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Description of Service
ARGoals is a personal nutrition tracking app that allows you to:
- Log meals and track macronutrients
- Scan barcodes and search food databases
- Take photos of food for AI-powered nutritional estimates
- Track progress with photos and weight
- Get AI-powered nutrition information
Age Requirements
You must be at least 17 years old to use ARGoals. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
- Misuse AI features for non-nutrition purposes
- Reverse engineer the App
Important Disclaimers
Not Medical Advice: ARGoals is a tracking tool only. It is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or substitute for professional healthcare advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any diet or nutrition program.
Data Accuracy: Nutritional data comes from third-party databases and AI estimates. This data may contain errors or be outdated. Always verify from product labels when accuracy is important.
AI Limitations: AI nutritional estimates are approximations and may be inaccurate. Do not rely solely on AI estimates for important dietary decisions.
User Content
You are responsible for any content you upload to the App, including photos.
Account Deletion
To delete your account and all associated data, email [email protected] with the subject "Delete My Account". We will process your request within 30 days.
Intellectual Property
ARGoals and its content are owned by AR Web & Media and protected by intellectual property laws.
Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, that nutritional data will be accurate, or that AI features will provide correct information.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AR Web & Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including any health-related decisions made based on App data.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
